About Louvano

A Clearer Way to Build the Room Outside

Buying an outdoor structure often begins in one of two places.

– Why Louvano exists

One path reduces the decision to a grid of similar-looking products, dimensions and prices. The other begins with an appointment, a custom proposal and a process that can be difficult to understand before it starts.

Louvano is taking a more direct path between them: a restrained outdoor-living brand, a focused product category and a clearer way to connect the room you want with the project required to create it.

That means beginning with questions a homeowner can answer:

  • How should the space be used?
  • Where should it sit in relation to the house and yard?
  • What furniture and movement belong inside it?
  • How should the roof change the feeling overhead?
  • What needs to be prepared before delivery and installation?
  • Which details are decided, optional or still waiting for confirmation?

The structure still matters. So do the motor, finish, electrical details, drainage path and installation documents. They belong where they help a real decision—not as a curtain of specifications before the room has been considered.

Room, not hardware

The morning coffee, long lunch, poolside pause and evening conversation come first. Furniture, movement, light and the relationship to the home define the room. The pergola gives that room structure, but it is not the whole story.

Control without clutter

A moving roof should be explained through the moments it serves before the control system is reduced to a technical list. Open sky, planned shade and the atmosphere below the roof give each product detail a reason to exist.

Clarity before commitment

A high-consideration project includes more than the structure. Configuration, freight, receiving, site preparation, installation, electrical work and local questions should become visible before the order is final. When something still needs confirmation, it should be easy to recognize as open.

Ownership after delivery

Delivery, installation, operating information, care and parts belong in the ownership experience. They should not be reduced to a footer badge or implied by a polished photograph. Louvano is designing permanent paths for those questions as the real product and operating systems are established.

About Louvano

What we will not do

  • Turn the catalog into a model maze

Nearly identical names do not create meaningful choice. The customer should be able to understand what changes, why it matters and which decisions belong to the property.

  • Hide the project behind the product

The route from street to site, the receiving handoff, the installation context and the work outside the product package are part of the buying decision. They should not appear for the first time after payment.

  • Use a specification as lifestyle decoration

Material, load, electrical and weather statements only matter when they describe the selected configuration and sit beside the evidence or document that gives them context.

  • Borrow a history the brand has not earned

Generations, patents, awards, customer counts and years of experience should mean something real. Louvano will not use those signals until they belong to a documented Louvano product or record.

  • Call every unknown a feature

When compatibility, service coverage or a product detail has not been confirmed, the honest answer is to keep it open. Clarity includes showing the boundary between an idea and an available option.

How Louvano works

How we work

  • 01

    Start with the room

Place the people, furniture and daily routes before choosing an outside dimension. The space should make sense when doors are open, chairs are pulled back and the yard is in use.

  • 02

    Keep product and project connected

The selected configuration and the property work belong in one view. Receiving, access, mounting context, water, power and installation responsibilities should remain connected to the product decision.

  • 03

    Make open questions visible

A useful plan separates what is known from what still needs product drawings, site information, local confirmation or an operating service decision. It does not fill every blank with a promise.

  • 04

    Put proof where it applies

A product fact should follow the exact configuration it describes. A service statement should have an operating path behind it. A project image should be clear about whether it is inspiration, a product example or a Louvano installation.

  • 05

Build for the years after the order

The purchase is one moment in a longer relationship with the outdoor room. Instructions, control information, installation records, maintenance guidance and support should be organized so they remain useful after the structure is standing.
